What I Ate Wednesday: Dec 11, 2013

As I work my way to a plant based diet, while living with a carnivore, I thought I might help others out by giving suggestions.

For breakfast my son and I had plain yogurt with uncooked oats. Buy steel cut oats in bulk at at health food stores, and store in an airtight container.

We cheated and had a veggie delight from subway for lunch.

Oranges for a snack.

And this wonderful cheesy quinoa spinach casserole!

So yummy. I will try and do pricing of stuff if anyone is interested in these becoming even more informative.
